Rubber Products

IFC fibers can serve multiple functions as fillers in rubber products. The addition of our fibers can enhance dimensional stability by forming a three-dimensional matrix inside the product and also provide strength and structure throughout the manufacturing process. IFC fibers are naturally hygroscopic; absorbing free moisture and improving the vulcanization process. Along with a reduction in free moisture, our fibers provide improved quality and consistency in finished product while reducing shrinkage.

Cotton Flock	W200 D220	1 - 3%
Nylon Flock	31 PNF	1 - 3%
