Building Chemicals

IFC's broad range of functional fibers can be used in numerous building chemical applications with adhesive compounds to improve dimensional stability. In this application, cellulose fiber improves reinforcement by preventing the formation of cracks, while enhancing the viscosity and processability of your product.

Typical grades used in building chemicals range from longer fiber length products such as Solka-Floc® 1016 and Alpha-Cel™ C10 to shorter fiber products including Solka-Floc® 20 and Alpha-Cel™ BH40.
